Fed up of fighting with your antenna when installing on the mast or tower or for that yearly maintenence?

The Hexbeam tilt is a simple but effective tool to ease the process of lowering the Hexbeam to a safe position to work on or to mount to the tower or mast.

Made from 12 mm thick aluminium plates the pivot point is a M24 stainless bolt and Nylock nut, simple but effective.

Each plate is 12mm in thickness and 150mm x 270mm machined to the shape you see in the image above. 

The max sized tube the clamps can take is 2" or 50mm OD

U bolts are M8 BZP, all other hardware is stainless steel, the saddle clamps are 3mm thick Sherardized Steel.
